You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
In store & Online -Please choose carefully as we do not refund for change of mind. -Refunds are only issued for items that are deemed to have a manufacturing fault. Faulty items will be returned to the manufacturer for assessment. -In store returns or exchanges must be accompanied by a valid receipt -You may exchange an item as long as the item is returned to the store in brand new / unworn, Seals are still intact and in an un opened condition including packaging (tags attached and boxes intact for example). Items will be assessed upon being received back into the store. If a replacement is not available, we will offer an alternate item or full store credit for a future purchase. Please note that Toylectables WILL NOT be able to replace a specific blind box figure with the same figure as blind boxes are even blind to us. If the defective figure you received from Toylectables was indeed a blind boxed, we will gladly replace it with another blind box, however, we cannot guarantee that you will be given the same figure you received originally. Funko factory defects such as minor box variations, scuff marks, creases, and paint smudges are not covered by our return policy. Shipping and Delivery
The purchase of pre-order items require a 100% deposit of the full price of item. Once ToyLectables has received the pre-ordered items, a notification email will be sent to the buyer and shipped within 2 business days. We allow for the cancellation of pre-order items if they have not arrived in the allotted time.
If for any reason a Pre-order is cancelled, We will refund the full amount straight back to the customer!
Shipping of purchased items occurs within 2 business days of purchase. Shipments are sent via Australia eParcel Post, Express Post Delivery or additional courier services. The method of shipping is selected during checkout.
Arrival date estimates can be viewed on checkout. Further delays due to unforeseen circumstances may occur, but on these rare occasions, we will contact you to explain the situation.
An Express option is available for an extra Fee!
International shipping is available through Australian Post and courier services. Please select your delivery method of choice via checkout. If You would like to organise your own shipping we are more than happy to organise that, we dont make any money on Shipping, Shipping Prices in our country are getting ridiculous, We will pack exactly the same as we would any Parcel, but once it leaves our doors and is picked up by your preferred Courier Service, we are no longer liable for this parcel.
As avid collectors, if there’s one thing we know it’s how to pack an item to ensure it arrives in mint condition. You can rest assured knowing that nothing short of a nuclear blast or zombie outbreak will damage your item en-route.
If you remain unconvinced by our superior packing skills or are worried about lost items, we offer $5 insurance per $100 order. We advise that for orders greater than $100 it is worth the extra protection.
