Return Policy

In store & Online
-Please choose carefully as we do not refund for change of mind.
 
 
-Refunds are only issued for items that are deemed to have a manufacturing fault. Faulty items will be returned to the manufacturer for assessment.
 
 
-In store returns or exchanges must be accompanied by a valid receipt
 
 
-You may exchange an item as long as the item is returned to the store in brand new / unworn, Seals are still intact and in an un opened condition including packaging (tags attached and boxes intact for example). Items will be assessed upon being received back into the store. We have the right to say no if we think the item has been tampered with.
 
 
-All returns or exchanges must be received within 14 days of the customer receiving the item.
 
 
-If an item is deemed to be faulty a refund may be issued, or the customer may exchange for either another item in store or a credit/gift voucher with 6 months validity. 
 
 
-All sales of Gift Cards and Sale Items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

We pride ourselves here as a collectors we know what’s it’s like to get a damaged Goods in the mail. Taking extra special care as our guarantee too you, we film before we send! Of condition of Item and Box, with our Specially branded Tape, it will be easy to notice any Tampering..
 
 
DEFECTIVE TOY RETURN POLICY
Most figures we sell are collectible, made in limited runs and are often hand-painted or hand-assembled. Slight imperfections are typical with this kind of product and, in fact, often enhance the value.  However, if your merchandise purchased on www.toylectables.com.au has a significant defect right out of the box (e.g., the product is broken in half, has missing parts or missing accessories, etc.), please reach out to he immediately with photos, your name, your order number and what is damaged.  We will evaluate the photos and make a decision. If the damage qualifies for a exchange, we'll be happy to exchange it for a non-damaged item if one is available. If a replacement is not available, we will offer an alternate item or full store credit for a future purchase.  
 
Please note that Toylectables WILL NOT be able to replace a specific blind box figure with the same figure as blind boxes are even blind to us. If the defective figure you received from Toylectables was  indeed a blind boxed, we will gladly replace it with another blind box, however, we cannot guarantee that you will be given the same figure you received originally. 
Funko factory defects such as minor box variations, scuff marks, creases, and paint smudges are not covered by our return policy.

As the HYPE market forever keeps going up and up and the need to have all the latest trends is on a rise, Limited Edition pieces are getting bought and put up the next day as soon as they sell out for more than double the price is some cases, here at Toylectables we will do our best, like our Brands to stop  the Bots,Cart sellers, and Flippers, and limit special orders to 1 per Customer, All orders that are duplicates, ship to bogus addresses, discovered ebay resellers, WE DONT'T WANT TO BUT WE CAN AND WILL CANCEL ANY ORDER to make sure it goes to the right home where it will be appreciated and displayed instead of in a box waiting for the value to increase.  It's disrespectful  not just to the store, but everyone invloved with the process. When a big drop hits and immediately they are available online in the aftermarket. The artists, Sculptors, Designers work, way to hard and put too Time, blood, sweat and tears into each figure.
